直线L与y轴相交，设这条线跟xy轴相交的点，分别是（x，0），（0，y），那么L的斜率=（y-0）/（0-x）
条件一：（y-0）/（0-x）=3y，假设不过原点的话，化简得出x=-1/3，只有一个点，无法推断出线的走势，不充分；如果过原点，情况更多了，更加不充分；
条件二：其实就是刚才推出来的式子，只知道一个点，还是不充分；
