C选项population用了复数不算错误么？
摘"As much as" isn't quantified by a number, because it means "equal".
This newspaper costs as much as that one.
This newspaper costs 50 cents, as much as that one. (Notice "comma + as much as that one" is now a modifier describing the price.)
所以有具体数量时不需用as many as，除非是表示一种强调（牛津词典）
