two-year low level和the lowest level in two years是两个意思。前者的意思是一个两年的低等级,后者的意思是,两年内的最低值。
所以说,选E是为了保持原句意思吗?
划线前面是说七月的失业率下降,如果是D选项,意思是到了一个两年到低水平,那么前后到比较期间不一样。如果是用D选项,前面可以是2014-2015 decrease in unemployment。
