不记不常见的固定搭配是我做SC最后的倔强！个人理解：
AB：主谓一致错
C：enhance preparation错
D：不如E简洁，平行也没有E完美！
E：主谓一致且enhancing和preparing完美平行
主语programs，排除A、B
C，enhance preparation有误
D，平行有误
