a错哪了啊？难道 是ever had been？？应该用ever did？？
应该用ever had done。因为，对比的应该是shatter这件事，也就是ER比AA和DM要shatter的更大胆。
老师，除了您说的，A这个选项是不是平行也有问题。more than 前面用的是 shattered，后面用的是 had been，时态不平行也可以排除吧？？

应该是appointed to be吧？
查了一下，appoint to be 中的to be可以省略。E里面貌似in the case of ...没确认出这个audacity是被Abigail 和 Dolly超越的。D的这个超越主体和关系比较清楚吧。。。
