maintenance除了一般的维护步骤外还要repaint，repaint就意味着要把原来的去掉，才可以repaint啊film也是同理，如果去除film要花很多时间，那么就不能有效的减少maintenance的时间，方案就不可行

回到B，B我认为也是很勉强的，因为B说的是在产品寿命到期的时候取下来快，但是题干中的信息是paint都是在飞机需要maitainance的时候做的，很容易推理出maintainance的频率是更高的，不然航空公司就需要单独做paint而不maitain，因此基本上在做maintainance的时候产品寿命没有到期，B也就排不上用场。
所以这道题个人认为是不太严谨的，建议看个热闹就行
