y=kx+b，已知k=-1/10，不知道b就知道到底相交还是不相交。要求b，需要另一个方程式，题目只给了y=0时，x>1，算不出b。
求一下x=1时直线与圆的相交情况，因为斜率已经固定，把求出来的直线向x>1的方向平移就能看出x>1后，直线与圆的相交情况。
