确实……又回看了一下，这个double虽然是动词，但是不能够按正常double东西词义来理解…这里主要的问题还是that指代，如果指代personal spending，补全就是……double the personal spending of…the rate in personal spending…，是一个比较明显的对象有问题&redundant
