在已经确保自己读懂题目并且大致理清楚了逻辑链 读完四个选项结果还很纠结
那就一定是没有筛选出题目中的细节信息，或者是拿中文去翻译英文的时候歪曲（省略）了一些原文内容！！
题目中所说的首要问题few employees read the booklet carefully enough==》很少有人足够用心的去读booklet《==问题所在
而且文中也肯定了就是因为不够用心才导致了违反规则
所以要围绕问题去解答 而不是问题的问题
