D中feature是suggesting的逻辑主语。但是我觉得feature来进行拟人不是特别好。而B中的 ，+n. 可以来概括前面的整个句子，起到和suggesting一样的作用。。。即使feature可以进行拟人来做出suggest的动作，为什么B是不正确的？

问题问的是：有一种做法是benchmark和自己没有竞争的公司，为这样的比较找个理由，下面的理由哪个是不成立的
E中说成功是由于take advantage of special circumstances，如果是这样的话，应该是找竞争者比较会更合理，因为只有自己的竞争者会面临和自己相同的“special circumstance”

c选项的解释有些牵强。
如果公园护林员有很多其他原因去麻醉犀牛的话，那么就表示，别的犀牛也被麻醉了但是生育率并没有降低，从而说明recollar和生育率没关系

选的时候纠结是an expanding clouds做主语还是a large storm做主语，再看了下确实只有C选项句子语法逻辑都对……

whether和to在功能上是平行的吗？
