whether/if表是否时的区别：
(1)放句首时只能用whether，

(2)放在介词后面及不定式前面时只能用whether
如：
His father is worried about whether he lose his work.
I don’t know whether to go there at once.
(3)放在影响力大的动词前只能用whether
We discussed whether we should close the shop.
He couldn't tell if/whether she was laughing or crying.
(4)whether or搭配，做某事或做另一件事
如：He asked me whether I wanted to go there by train or by bus.
DE，从语意角度考察逻辑
主句是不清楚是否C是唯一的会互相学习的物种，连词是or，D：是否相似的模式在其他动物里也会被展示出来，E：是否其他动物会展示相似的模式，逻辑是不清楚A是否会do sth，或者B是否会do sth，而不是sth是否会被B done，选E
