c的问题应该就是which形容了time
a. 这里面 having 可能修饰 pollutants，也可能修饰 they have introduced some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants 整个分句，所以 having 产生了修饰歧义
while doing 看来是可以的

A的having逻辑主语错误
C 中的 at the same time作为时间状语修饰整个句子，那which可能就是修饰time的。
首先排除DE：but是和and性质一样的连词 需要前后结构平行 A错在，having 逗号＋v-ing表示这个动作由前面主语发出并且同时发生，但是这里的unregulated是50年前就开始的
c的at the same time是状语，因此which指the same time

整个句子中的两个代词they指代对象不一致，划线部分they没有指代对象，未划线部分的they指代的是pollutants；having gone…分词结构有作伴随状语修饰have introduced的歧义，而不是作pollutants的定语。
while前后不用平行吗？
while做连词后面难道不应该接一个完成的句子吗？只有A有谓语动词，BCDE都是少谓语动词的，所以为什么不能选A呀
笔记：错选C，还是要坚持大部分时候which只能紧跟前一个动词的原则，不要打破，所以which不能指代time；同时A--having...在剧中是修饰industrialization and...所以不能跟 gone unregulated (unregulated 的是pollutants).所以选B。
But一定是错的，必须连接两个主句。

In C "which" modifies time
A says that "Industrialization and methods of insects contorol..having gone (sounding awkward at least) unregulated." I think the meaning is distorted.
So B wins.
while和 at same time 不是重复的意思吗？还是while在本句中不是同时的意思？
while这里做连词，正常情况while做连词有两种作用：
1，during the time that，当。。。的时候
2，表示对比，轻微的转折。这里应该是第二种意思能够加at the same time .
当然我做题的时候是靠排除DE来消除这个疑惑的，因为but做并列连词只有第二个句子的主谓和前面完全一致才能省略，前面是improved，后面是不能省略主语+are的，所以这时候再来看while表然而加个at the same time 意思挺合理的，然后就是前面说优点后面说缺点，while单纯表示当。。。的时候的话语义表达不够好

having修饰工业化和防虫手段，而这些并非unregulated。此处只能用定语从句，修饰pollutants。
