A. able to的主语是谁？没有给出来，不优选
B.despite后面一般接名词，这里用being，想强调动作，刷过一定题的同学肯定知道这个一般来说肯定不是最佳答案。
C.even if they can（这里用现在时最合理） afford household appliances their grandparents would have found（这里用虚拟语气与过去的情况相反也很合理） miraculous
D.与 C相比although they could（无端端用什么过去式） afford household appliances their grandparents would find（这个是与现在事实相反不对） miraculous
E.which would have been a miracle to their grandparents提取核心词：household appliances would have been a miracle这个说法没有C准确

是因为even if 是即便的意思，although是虽然的意思么。。。这道题里用although好像也翻译的通？
even if 和although的区别是什么，although不也表示让步么？
