B. had its 1910–1911 return，这个明显是错误的，即使its return可比，had也是错的。应该是had done（强行要这么说的话）
C. in its return of 1910–1911，这个可以在左边找到相似的结构，而且逻辑语义也合格，先放在这。
D. its return of 1910–1911 did，这个实际上和A一样，错误的地方也是一样的。
E. its return in 1910–1911，首先找不到比较对象，就算强行解释为such as+example的结构，这个也是不符合的，因为sensation和its return不是一类的，所以删除。
