老师我想请问下B：unlike后面是cooking用的spices，而主句的主语是they，指代的是medical用的spices，为什么两者会不可比呢？

不能～在GMAT考试中，很少有选项是因为代词的指代歧义而错的。代词的指代原则是：指代句中在逻辑上合理的名词。
所以老师，whereas 前后要平行对吗？
还有老师，unlike 后面可以接动名词嘛？为什么有资料说unlike只能接名词。
