同样纠结，但是我的理解不是the太过局限。这里的the是和others搭配的表示其他所有xxx，但是在这里又和such us结合变成其余所有的感染，譬如xxx。但是这里的意思不是其余所有的感染(想象一下如果真的这么表示的话，其实没法通过举例来穷举的)。包括Manhattan论坛上Stacy也提到过这里的意思不是其余所有感染，只是举个例子而已
