想问一下为什么单独看（1）是对的？
我是这样想的：
它只说明是个3的倍数并且是个奇数（后者就无意义了），相当于只有前面这一个条件——这个数是3的倍数

A选项里说excepting for是介词不是连词，D选项里说语法中不存在excepting for。
所以是介词还是不存在呢？

那A选项又为什么不对呢？so as to做状语，原则是就近修饰，所以修饰have...annulled。
